These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Namari mobile app, website, booking tools, and related services. They are prepared in a public-facing format suitable for app users who access Namari through direct in-app links, App Store listings, or Google Play listings.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Namari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines, policies, or booking conditions presented within the platform. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using a Namari account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
- If you use Namari on behalf of an agency, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity.
3. Services and Bookings
Namari provides tools to search flights, compare fares, manage bookings, coordinate traveler details, and support B2B travel and cargo operations. Availability, routes, schedules, fares, baggage rules, refunds, and airline conditions may change without notice based on supplier systems and third-party providers.
- Bookings are subject to airline, supplier, and fare-rule conditions.
- Issuance, modification, cancellation, and refund outcomes may depend on carrier policies and operational restrictions.
- Users are responsible for verifying traveler details, passport information, visa requirements, and itinerary accuracy before confirming a booking.
4. Payments and Fares
- Displayed fares may be time-sensitive and subject to change before ticket issuance or payment confirmation.
- Payment processing may be handled through Namari or third-party payment partners.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, service fees, penalties, exchange differences, and supplier-imposed charges connected to your booking or account usage.
- Refund timing and eligibility depend on fare rules, supplier policies, and payment channel processes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Namari for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, pricing logic, or supplier data.
- Interfere with platform availability, security, or normal booking operations.
- Upload or transmit harmful code, automated scraping tools, or misleading traveler information.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, sanctions, or travel regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Namari branding, software, interface design, text, graphics, workflows, and related service materials are owned by or licensed to Namari and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or by written authorization, you may not reproduce, reverse engineer, copy, or commercially exploit the platform outside its intended use.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Namari provides the platform on an “as available” basis. While we work to maintain reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete supplier accuracy, or the continuous availability of any specific route, fare, or external integration.
- Namari is not responsible for supplier-controlled delays, schedule changes, cancellations, immigration issues, missed connections, or travel disruptions outside its reasonable control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Namari disclaims indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination, Changes, and Contact
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, the platform, suppliers, legal compliance, or business operations. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
